Ordering
How do I place a personalized order?
Many of our product listings have options you can choose such as finish, color, and size.
We also have an "upload" button for you to attach your own design. We can work with a few different file formats such as SVG, JPEG, PNG, BMP, STL, OBJ, pre-sliced files from your favorite miniature makers or website, Adobe AI, and a few others.
Some files may require further design work to prepare for processing by our equipment and we offer this as a service. The price of this will vary depending on the amount of work required to get the design ready for processing. If you're not sure, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help you get your design or print perfected!
Finally, below the upload button is an "Customize" text box. Here you can enter any text you would like, any other information you think would help us nail down your vision, and if you looking for a simple design you can detail it here and we can get something made up to send over for your approval!
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We are a small company here at LZD and each product we sell is unique and made to order for each customer.
Working time has many variables - from the complexity of your requested design, the material we are engraving / cutting / or printing, and the size of the product.
We take great pride in our work, and making sure every customer has an enjoyable buying experience and receives exactly what they envisioned is our top priority.
We always aim to get you your order as fast as possible, but we will never sacrifice quality or call any job "good enough." However, sometimes the universe just doesn't cooperate.
We aim to be transparent every step of the way and will communicate any delays or unforeseen issues that come up while we work on your special new item.
We are happy to give you an ETA before you checkout, once we know the details of your order!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Here at LZD every product is custom specified by you, and made to order. Because of this, any product that has been personalized or is custom made is NOT eligible for return. If there is an issue with your order or you believe we made a mistake, please do not hesitate to reach out! Our top priority is making sure you LOVE your new item(s) and we will do everything in our power to make it so.
What shipping methods do you offer, and what are the associated delivery times?
We use USPS and UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. A delivery timeline will be calculated based off of your selected shipping method and your distance from Philadelphia, but depending on the product & design the working time will vary. (Each product is custom made to order!)
