Materials / Build Notes

This design was created as a modular jig system with interchangeable saddles. 6mm acrylic is recommended for rigidity and repeatability, though users may adapt materials based on their workflow and preferences. 

Please make sure to tune your kerf for your specific laser with some test cuts. You want the saddles to require a firm press fit and sit snug - This will give you the repeatability you need from a jig, while maintaining the ability to hot swap saddles as needed.
